Billing, in detail
What is billed when I re-render
A re-render is billed at $0.60 per minute for the whole video, not per changed line, because the complete dub is produced again from your saved draft. The editor shows the number of changed lines and the total before you confirm.
Are failed runs charged
No. Credit is held when a run starts and refunded in full if it fails. Your last successful version stays playable and downloadable.
How are minutes counted
Minutes are the whole video’s length rounded up to the next 0.1 minute. A 4 minute 33 second video is billed as 4.6 minutes.
Is there a free trial
Yes. Every new account starts with $12.60 of credit: 3 minutes of dubbing plus 2 re-renders of that video, with no card on file. The smallest pack after that is $30.
Do credits expire
Credit is prepaid, not a subscription: nothing renews. Purchased credit stays usable for 24 months from the purchase, as the Terms set out. Ask through the support page about refunds for unused credit.
Are line previews charged
No. Hearing an edited line or a different voice on one line is free within a fair-use rate limit. Only dubbing and re-rendering spend credit.
Can I run two generations at once
Each project runs one generation at a time. Different projects can run in parallel up to your account’s limit, shown on the account page.
